P L C C o n t r o l C h e c k i n g f o r L e a k s
After checking pump rotation, continue with startup by checking the chiller for leaks.
Do this by turning on only the pump from the control and letting the pump run while
checking the inside of the chiller.

Press the Next arrow on the control to move to the Main screen.
The Main screen displays:
Temperature
Setpoint
Stat Setup

Press the Run arrow on the screen.
Run Stop

Press the Scroll arrows to scroll to the Manual Pump screen. The Manual

Press the Process Pump ON arrow. If you have the optional recirculation pump,
turn it on. With the pump running check the inside and outside plumbing of the
chiller for leaks.
If you find leaks:

Press the Process Pump OFF button on the control panel.

Disconnect and lock out the main power supply to the
Chiller. Repair any leaks. Dry any moisture inside the chiller.

Reconnect the main power supply.

Repeat steps 1-4.
