Possible cause
Insufficient load for the chiller
The hot gas bypass valve is not work-
ing properly (possibly stuck closed).
Solution
The chiller needs to be loaded by at least
25 % of the chiller capacity for correct
operation; adjust as necessary.
If To Process temperature starts to go
down and the hotgas valve doesn't open,
check power to valve coil. Replace coil
if power supplied but valve not opening.
Otherwise have a certified refrigeration
technician replace the solenoid valve.
