Possible cause
Compressor is wired incorrectly.
Compressor module is faulty.
Loss of 120 VAC to module.
Solution
Shut off chiller supply voltage. Switch
any two leads:
• at compressor if it was replaced.
• at main terminal block if new unit
installation.
Turn chiller on.

spec's in the Troubleshooting section.
Check power to T1 and T2 Term on
module. See compressor module.
