The pump's wet end (impeller, motor, and seal assembly) can be removed for service.

Disconnect and lockout power to chiller.

Open the drain/fill valve and drain the water from the chiller.

Open the side of the chiller.

Remove the bolts connecting the pump motor to the pump base.

Remove the pump volute bolts.

Inspect, clean, and replace pump parts as needed. Separate the pump assembly
from the pump volute (casing) by prying the flanges and pulling apart. Follow the
disassembly and reassembly procedures in the pump manufacturer's manual that
accompanies this User Guide.
