Battery to Battery Charging
High voltage machines that are used for work on the vehicle can do damage to the electrical
system, especially to its electronic components. Welding or quick-charging machines subject
the wiring to excessive voltage, which may result in damage to electrical and electronic
components anywhere on the vehicle.
CAUTION
Attempting to work on electronic
components without proper equipment
can damage internal parts due to static
electric discharges.
DO NOT work on the electrical system without the proper tools and training. Repair work to
the electrical system must always be done by trained professionals. Your Volvo Truck dealer
has the right tools and trained technicians.
