Installation
Variants with integrated ceiling effect lighting
☞ Plug the Wieland plug into the Wieland socket.
☞ Feed the mains cable with the Wieland plug tightly from
the device to the ceiling mounting plate.
☞ Secure the mains cable from the Wieland plug to the
bracket on the ceiling mounting plate with a cable tie.
For ceiling consoles with lowering capability and glass cover:
y The glass cover is placed loosely on the device.
y The glass cover must be guided into the console box of
the ceiling console.
☞ Ensure that the support cable and the mains cable are not
tensioned (e.g. by lifting the device with two people).
☞ Turn one corner of the glass cover diagonally upwards.

☞ Guide the glass plate fully into the ceiling console.
☞ Lower the glass plate from above onto the seal.
All variants
☞ Check that the mains cable and the electrical connection
cable are not kinked, crushed or damaged.
☞ Push the cover (placed loosely on the hood body) over
the support cable and the ceiling mounting plate.
☞ Screw in the lock nuts.
☞ Tighten the lock nuts to hand-tight.
