GNSS Receiver*

4.1. General Description

BG772A-GL supports GPS and GLONASS satellite systems using dedicated hardware accelerators in a
power and cost-efficient manner.
The module supports standard NMEA-0183 protocol, and outputs NMEA sentences at 1 Hz data update
rate via debug UART interface by default.
By default, BG772A-GL GNSS engine is switched off. It has to be switched on via AT command. The
module does not support concurrent operation of WWAN and GNSS. For more details about GNSS
