Description
The name of the event.
The start date of the event defaults to the current date; selecting the calendar allows the
user to select a different date.
The end date defaults to the current date; selecting the calendar allows the user to select
a different date.
Type a date or select the clock icon to indicate the start time.
End time becomes enabled for a recurring event. Type a date or select the clock icon to
indicate the start time.
Choose the audio file to be played from the drop down list, which displays files previously
uploaded in the Bells section of the Audio Files web page.
Select the paging group from the drop down menu.
Number of times the audio file will play
A relay can be activated or deactivated at the time of a scheduled bell.
The relay options are:
Activate during bell — The relay will be active while the bell is playing
Activate indefinitely — The relay will be activated indefinitely.
Deactivate indefinitely — The relay will be deactivated indefinitely.
Select this box to schedule a recurring event. Events may occur daily, only weekdays,
weekly, monthly, or repeated after minutes or hours have elapsed.
From the drop down list, select the day of the week for a weekly recurring event.
From the drop down list, select the day of the month for a recurring monthly event.
Type the number of hours or minutes to specify the interval of the recurring bell.
This field is optional, and allows the user to provide details.
Select the background color of the display of the bell.
Click the Save button to save your configuration settings.
Click the Cancel button to close the New Event window.
