Operator Controls and Indicators
Operator Controls
There are no operator controls on the controller itself.
Two remote devices provide operator interface; these
are the Operator Switch and the Pendant.
Operator Switch (See Fig 6)
There are three operator input settings:
MIX
STANDBY
PURGE
Setting:
STANDBY

* This cycling can be either a function of time or of
volume
NOTE: Moving the Operator switch from PURGE to
MIX clears most alarms

Pendant Display
When first powered up, the screen on the pendant
displays the calculated target volumes to achieve the
desired ratio, and how much fluid has been dispensed
in this cycle for each component.

the four soft keys, F1 through F4. Example: If you
are at the Title screen, shown below, RUN is F1,
SETUP is F2, BAT is F3, and GTOT is F4.

Pendant Indicators
The pendant is a small display terminal with a 4x20
character display, 5 LED indicators, and a keyboard
for entering setup parameters.
indicators match the solenoid outputs for component
A ("A"), component B ("B"), purge, (SOL) and the
dump valve (DUMP). The right indicator blinks to
in-dicate an alarm condition.
