1.
Turn OFF the main power switch.
2.
Bleed off all fluid pressure on both dispense valves.
3.
Disconnect the base supply and catalyst supply and
connect a regulated solvent line in both places.
4.
Turn ON the main power switch and turn the
Operator Switch to MIX.
5.
At the spray gun, purge the fluid into a grounded
waste container until the solvent comes out clear.
6.
Turn OFF the main power switch and switch to
STANDBY.
7.
Bleed off all fluid pressure on the solvent.
Disconnect the solvent supply from the filter inlets,
and connect the new color in its place, then
reconnect the catalyst supply line.
8.
Using the procedure for Setting Parameters, at
right, change the ratio and other parameters to the
new values.
9.
Turn ON the main power switch and switch to MIX.
10. Begin production.

Operation
Setting Parameters
NOTE:
See pages 23 amd 24 for a map of Setup
screens.
To set parameters you must have a black pendant,
which as the unmarked key to the right of F4 enabled.
Pushing this key displays the revision screen with the
choices: RUN, SETUP, BAT and GTOT.
Pushing the SETUP key displays the first of several
screens for setting up or changing parameters.
Setup pendant screens are described on pages 11 to 22.
Maintenance
The Precision Mix™ Controller requires no regular
maintenance. However, it is a good practice to check
with Graco periodically to see if hardware or software
updates are available.
