COUNTRY SETTINGS

"Country settings" is a section of the app dedicated to the settings of functionalities for specific
countries like "Unbalanced load" or "Random Delay". Read below the specifications for each function.
4.1

Unbalanced load

"Unbalanced load" detection is a specific function for power management. According
to relevant standards for specific countries, the current imbalance between the
phases must not differ by more than a fixed value (different for each country).
This function avoids single-phase on board chargers to withdraw an unbalanced
current from the grid higher than specified by local regulations.
This configuration is mandatory in the following countries:
Germany
Austria
Switzerland
Netherlands
The function is disabled by default. To activate it, click "Country Settings" on the
PowerUp
menu and select the current value according to the maximum allowable current
imbalance between the phases.
This value is 20 A for Germany and 16 A for Austria, Switzerland and Netherlands.
NOTICE
Once the function is enabled, to make the changes effective, always
restart the wallbox through the dedicated button in the homepage.
