Application Error Messages

If an error occurs or a message is displayed on the Application's screen, you should take the
actions specified below. If the problem persists you may contact the Help Desk as specified
on the package or an authorized representative directly.

Mobile phone has no internet

If this is displayed in battery
screen or PIN screen for a long
time, it may indicate the access to
the internet is not available.
