Device Error Messages
If an error occurs and the LED on the device's cover is blinking, you should take the
actions specified below. If the problem persists you may contact Itamar or an authorized
representative directly.
Device LED's status
No light
Red LED blinks (every 10
seconds)
Red LED blinks (every 10
seconds)
Red LED blinks fast (5 times per
second)
Red LED is on
WatchPAT™ONE System
Possible Reason
Battery depleted, or battery is
placed backward or hardware
error.
The Mobile phone ran out of
power
The Mobile phone and the
device are not close enough
There is a hardware failure in
the device
The device battery is running
out of power

Action
Check the battery. If it is good
and placed properly there is a
hardware error. Return device
to Itamar.
Connect a charger, rerun the
Application and keep the device
close by until all the stored
data has been sent to the
Application
Make sure the phone and the
device are nearby, until all the
stored data has been sent to
the Application
Return the device to the
provider, and a new one will be
shipped in return.
Replace the battery with a fresh
Alkaline AAA battery
