If the Application scanning operation failed to detect an active WatchPAT in its proximity, it
will indicate that the operation failed. Try to detect the failure root cause and start a new scan.
The most common reasons for a failure to detect the device is (a) A battery was not inserted
into the device (b) The battery was inserted in the wrong direction (c) The mobile phone is out
of reach of the device (not in the same room).
