Step Check
1 Check the connection between the
printer board and the PDL I/F board
and the system motherboard. Is any
of the pins bent or otherwise not
normal?
2 Replace the printer board. Is the
problem corrected?

1 Turn off and then on the main
power supply. Is the problem
corrected?
Step Check
1 Turn off and then on the main
power. Is the problem corrected?
2 Disconnect and connect the cable
connecting the accessories. Is the
problem corrected?
3 Is the continuity of the cable
normal?
4 Is there an output of 24 VDC at
J143-1/J143-2 and J142-1/1442-2?
(J142 and J143 are used in
common.)
