Check the connection between the
printer board and the PDL I/F board
and the system motherboard. Is any
of the pins bent or otherwise not
normal?

Replace the printer board. Is the
problem corrected?

power supply. Is the problem

Turn off and then on the main

Disconnect and connect the cable
connecting the accessories. Is the
problem corrected?

Is the continuity of the cable
normal?

Is there an output of 24 VDC at
J143-1/J143-2 and J142-1/1442-2?
(J142 and J143 are used in
common.)
