Update firmware by using CS+

1. Connect PC, emulator and board.
2. Supply power to the VM terminal select the download method from debug tab of CS+ tool.
Recommended download method: Download to rebuild & debug tool.
Note.1 This document is confirmed using CS + for CA, CX V4.00.01.
