Operating
the Osprey
To enter your user ID and PIN:
1.
Enter each digit when prompted:

The key icon flashes near the top-right corner of the page while the Osprey waits for
confirmation from ViewPoint that your login credentials are valid:

If the login credentials are correct, you receive an "ID Confirmed" message from ViewPoint
after the next communications cycle. The key icon stops flashing and remains steady.
If you have provided incorrect login credentials, you receive an "ID Rejected" message from
ViewPoint and are prompted to try again.
Receiving and Sending Messages
Your Osprey can send messages to, and receive messages from, ViewPoint or other Osprey
operators. To view or compose messages, use the Mailbox option from the Osprey's Home page.
Note: Please refer to About the Mailbox on page 16 for an overview of mailbox features.
Viewing Received Messages
Messages you have received are stored in the Inbox, and you can view them at any time. To view
messages in the Inbox:
1.
Select the Mailbox option on the Home page.

move to the next/previous digit.
After selecting the fourth digit, select Confirm.
If prompted, also enter your PIN.
The Osprey continues to send and receive
messages and tracking reports while you are
entering the login details.
