Resetting Your Password

If you forget your user account password or have attempted to login to ViewPoint without first using
the email link, you will need to reset your password. To do this:
1.
Using your web browser, go to:
The Login page is displayed.
2.
Click the Reset Password link on this page. This displays the Reset Password page.
3.
Type your email address where indicated, then click the Submit button. An email is sent to
your email address.
4.
Click the link near the bottom of this email to obtain the Set Password page.
A welcome page is displayed.
5.
Type your new password in both boxes indicated, then click the Set Password button.

This may indicate an intermittent sky view. Obtain a
clear sky view and select OK to try again.
If there is still a problem, switch off the Osprey, log
in to ViewPoint, click TERMINALS in the System
menu and check that the details of the Osprey are
correct. Switch on the Osprey and try again.
If you are still not successful and your company
uses a customized code book (page 33), an
incorrect code book may have been installed.
Reinstall the code book and try again.
