PAYMENT MODE (COIN/DEBIT OPTION)
MODE J is the mode that the control is in,
a PD model =JCd(default) and a PR model =_d (default) for debit.
J. Cd
Both coin and debit selected. Press the DELICATES
button 3 consecutive times to change this selection.
J. C_
Coins selected, debit disabled. Press the DELICATES
button 3 consecutive times to change this selection.
J._d
Debit Card selected, coins disabled. Press the
DELICATES button 3 consecutive times to change
this selection.
J. Ed
Enhanced Debit is self-selected when a Generation 2
card reader is installed in the dryer. The Ed option cannot
be manually selected or deselected.
Press the PERM. PRESS button once to advance
to next code.
L. 00
PRICE SUPPRESSION OPTION
This option is either NOT SELECTED "OFF" or
SELECTED "ON."
MODE L allows you to have control display ADD if more money
needed to start cycle or Available after payment completed if
L=PS. (It still displays card balance amount if applicable).

Not Selected "OFF."
L. PS
Selected "ON."
Press the DELICATES button once to change this
selection.
Press the PERM. PRESS button once to advance
to next code.
MODE n allows you to clear escrow in 30 minutes meaning
machine will not maintain escrow longer than 30 minutes when set
to CE.

CLEAR ESCROW OPTION
This option is either NOT SELECTED "OFF" or
SELECTED "ON." When selected, money held in escrow
for 30 minutes without further escrow or cycle activity will
be cleared.

EXPLANATION
Invalid upper dryer door circuit
state – The CSP Venus control
does not differentiate between
invalid state and open door
state.

The CSP Venus control will send
this error when the upper motor
feedback circuit is sensing
voltage with the door open or
when the motor should not be
on. The control does not know
if the relay is bad (stuck on), the
relay drive circuit is bad (shorted
causing the motor relay to stay
on), or the relay fedback circuit
is bad.

Coin 1 Failure. Screen goes
blank. Switch over to service
mode verify d5 error. Check
connector AA4 for connection
and verify coin 1 drop for
blockage.

Low voltage

Lower dryer motor sense circuit
error on control board or due to
power line interference (lower
dryer cycles and lower dryer
display disabled until diagnostic
code is manually cleared).

Coin 2 failure. Screen goes
blank. Switch over to service
mode verify d13 error. Check
coin 2 connector AA5 and verify
coin drop 2 for blockage.

Upper dryer motor sense: Upper
dryer screen disabled. Ensure
connector AA7 connected.

Gen 2 debit card communication
error. Unplug card reader and
plug it back in to allow it to
reboot.

Lower dryer door sense error on
control board or due to power
line interference (lower dryer
cycles and lower dryer display
disabled until diagnostic code is
manually cleared).

error (lower dryer cycles and
lower dryer display disabled
