5.4 Setting the ID for Each Panel

NOTE: It is important that much thought is given when choosing the network IDs for each panel. It is difficult to change the IDs once panel
programming has begun.
Use the DIP switch positions 1 through 5 to set the ID for each panel. Note that switches 7 and 8 are not used and should remain in the OFF
position. See the figure below for possible DIP switch settings. Address 0 is an invalid address and cannot be used.
