RESTARTING LOADER AFTER ALARM PROCEDURE

If an alarm occurs which requires pressing reset, perform the following:
1> Press "command" and note which line was being executed.
2> Press "reset".
3> Correct the cause of the alarm.
4> Edit the "part" sub-program:
5> Using the "seq. No. Set" feature outlined on pg. 114 of the training manual, run the "part" program from the
point where cutting stopped.
6> Unload the sheet using the loader in the "manual" mode.
7> Edit the "part" sub-program:
8> If using the "l" method:
1) Edit the "main" pgm
"l#" for the remaining
number of sheets -1.
2) Run the main pgm.
change the last line (M99;) to ( M30; )
change the last line back to (M99;)
If using the "repeat" method:
1) Using the "seq. No. Set" feature,
run the "main" pgm. From the
point where cutting stopped.
