CUT MODE PROGRAMMING

L32 Data Format:
> Each line of information is defined as a "BLOCK"
> Each "BLOCK" consists of "WORDS" (G-codes/M-codes)
> A maximum of 4 G-codes and 1 M-code are allowed per block
> Each block of information is terminated by the "EOB" character (;)
> Certain word addresses require that decimal points be used with their numeric values. If a decimal is not
used with such an address, the control will assume the least significant digit. (see fig. 1)
Example: G01X1; = G01X0.0001
> The maximum commandable values for the axis' are:
Cut Mode: X,Y (999.9999 in. / 9999.999 mm.)
Press Mode: X,Y (999.999 in. / 9999.99 mm.)
> There are two types of programming options:
- Press Mode
- Cut Mode

G-Codes:

> There are two types of G-codes:
Modal- The code is valid until another code from the same group is specified. (Denoted by a
Non-modal-
> The triangular symbol denotes codes which the control will automatically default to after initial power on
or reset.
G92: Set Coordinate System
Format: G92X__ Y__;
The G92 command establishes the reference point for axis movement in the absolute mode (G90).
