WHEN CREATING A NEST OF PARTS, ALWAYS HAVE THE PARTS POSITIONED
LENGTH-WISE IN THE "X" AXIS. IF NOT, THE PARTS WILL FALL BETWEEN THE
SUPPORT SLATS AND INTERFERE WITH THE LOADER. THIS WILL DAMAGE PARTS AS
WELL AS MAKE PART RETRIEVAL MORE DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING FOR THE
OPERATORS.
EXAMPLE:
ALSO, THE CENTER POINT OF SMALL OR NARROW PARTS MUST NOT BE PLACED
WITHIN 6.0" (150 mm) OF THE CLAMP SIDE OF THE SHEET ( "Y -" ) OR THE LOADER
MAY NOT PICK THEM UP RESULTING IN MANUAL PART RETRIEVAL BY THE
OPERATOR.

WHEN CUTTING IS PERFORMED OFF THE EDGE OF THE SHEET, MICRO-TABS MUST BE
USED SO THAT THE WEB DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE LOADER.
