Possible malfunctions and their remedy:
PROBLEM POSSBLE CAUSE
DCDinline D does Mains cable of the controlbox not
not function connected
DCDinline D actuator is not connected
Poor plug connection
Controlbox defective
Hand switch defective
DCDinline D actuator defective
An error code appears on the display of
the hand switch
DCDinline D only Power failure while moving or power
moves down cable unplugged while moving
(retracted position)
Reset required
DCDinline D actuator defective

REMEDY
Plug in the mains cable of controlbox
Plug the motor cable into the controlbox
Plug in the motor cable, mains cable, and
hand switch properly
Contact LOGICDATA
Replace the hand switch
Replace the DCDinline D actuator
Check the error code on the hand
switch display or the click code of the
controlbox, search the complete error
code list in the operating instructions of
the controlbox
Manual reset *)
Perform a reset
Replace the DCDinline D actuator
