Problem
Print flakes off.
White cards (unprinted
cards) are output.
The black area prints
normally, but the color (CMY)
area exhibits peeling.

Cause and solution
Secondary transfer conditions (speed and temperature) are not
optimum.
Set secondary transfer conditions in accordance with cards used.

secondary transfer conditions.
Update to the latest firmware version.

If the problem occurs with the latest firmware version, decrease
the [Balance Black] setting value gradually.

If black text become blurred during printing after adjustment,
select [HIGH QUALITY]] in the [Print Quality Bk].
