46. [Click] the Edit Button to the right of the Service Box. This will reveal
"Session Parameters" window.
47. If you wish to alter the default Maximum (Session) Lifetime setting of
7200 seconds (2 hours) then [click] the Maximum Lifetime Box and enter
the appropriate value. In this instance leave the value at its default setting
of 7200.
48. If you wish to alter the default Reserved Channels (for the Session) setting
of 0 then [click] the Reserved Channels Box and enter the appropriate
value. In this instance set the value to 1.
The Reserved Channels option in the Session Parameters window will
automatically reserved the number of channels entered in the Reserved
Channels Box in the NAS Router once the session has started, unless there are
not enough unused channels to fulfil this requirement, in this instance as many
channels as possible will be reserved. A reservation of 1 implies that one
channel will be reserved for the Account User if the line drops (due to
inactivity) and he will automatically get connected next time he brings the line
up i.e. he will always get a connection and should never get Busy on the line.
49. If you wish to alter the default Usage Limit (for the Session) setting of
0:00 then [click] the Usage Limit Box and enter the appropriate value.
[Click] the down-arrow to the right of the hours Box to select from none,
hours per day, hours per week or hours per month. In this instance leave
the Usage Limit value and the hours value at their default settings of 0:00
and none respectively.
The "Session Parameters" window should now be exactly the same as that
shown below.
