To set up Message Notification to an extension
1 Dial the CallPilot Messaging access number, then enter your mailbox number and press
2 Enter your mailbox password and press
3 Press to open the Message Notification menu.

4 Press to set up Message Notification.

5 Press to choose an extension as the destination.

6 Enter the destination number and press
7 Press to accept the destination extension.

8 Enter the start time for Message Notification. You must enter four digits. Any single-digit hour
or minute must be preceded by a zero. For example, enter 0800 for eight o'clock in the
morning, or 1700 for five o'clock in the evening.
9 Press to accept the start time.

10 Enter the time when Message Notification is to stop. You must enter four digits. Precede a
single-digit hour or minute with a zero.
11 Press to accept the stop time.

12 Press if you want to set up another destination number

press if you do not want to set up another destination number.

13 Press to accept the start time that you entered

or
press to change the start time.

14 Press
to accept the stop time that you entered

or
press to change the stop time.

15 Press
if you want to be notified when you receive a new message

or
press if you want to be notified only when you receive an urgent message.

16 Hang up to end the session.
