12.3 Wire Connection Method of Power Supply Unit Connector for CN23
(External Contactor Control Connector)
(1) Strip the wire sheath.
Applicable wire
Length of ferrule
Cable length after stripping
Recommended screwdriver
(2) Connect a ferrule to the end of the wire as required.
(3) Insert a flat-blade screwdriver with an edge width of 3.5 mm or less and an edge thickness of 0.6 mm or less completely
into the screwdriver insertion slot (*2). With the screwdriver inserted, insert the wire completely to the end of a wire inser-
tion slot. Remove the screwdriver.
(*1) The actual connector has 2 pins.
(*2) Insert the flat blade screwdriver at an angle to the wire insertion slot to prevent damaging the connector.
