This RLC provides 32 total ports. Ports 0–15 are Voice ports and ports 16–31 are Data ports. On
the host PBX, you must configure Network ports or Remote ports that use MCAs or ATAs (for
data transmission) as Data ports. If there are not enough free Data ports, you can configure
Remote ports that use ATAs as Voice ports. You can configure Remote ports used for FAX
support as either Voice ports or Data ports. Refer to documentation for your PBX for necessary
procedures.
QoS Transition Technology requires one MCA per B-channel.
If you want to use MCAs or ATAs to transmit data, you can connect a maximum of four MCAs or
ATAs to Remote ports on this RLC.
