It is imperative that the user becomes familiar and

Manual and be sure all w arning labels are leg­
ible and intact. Replacement Owner's Manuals

a re in place and fully tightened. Also, before use, check cables for signs of w ear. Replace
all w orn parts im m ediately. Never use m achine if any parts a re dam aged or missing.

2. Keep d e a r of the cables and all moving parts when the machine is in use.
3. Always m ake sure all Snap Links a re closed when doing any cab le/p u lle y/strap exercises.
4. Exercise with care. Perform your exercises at a smooth m oderate pace; never perform
jerky or uncoordinated movem ents that m ay cause injury.
