5.4 GALLEY AND COOKING

Dual refrigeration units are located under the galley bench with temperature controls on the
inside. The units can be set to fridge or freeze according to your requirements.
An LPG stove has been fitted to the 1600 and an LPG or optional electric oven installed in the
outboard bench space. The manufacturers manuals should be referred to for both appliances.

5.5 GAS SYSTEMS

Cooking via stove or BBQ is gas operated. Manual valves are on the tanks in the gas locker.
Master electric valve is in the galley on the outboard upper cabinet wall and all units have
individual valves on their control knobs. The electronic gas switch must be switched on before
any appliance can be used. The gas bottles are stored under the cockpit seating. When leaving
the boat for extended periods the bottles should be shut off directly at the bottle.
