DDR Speed Control
Use this feature to set the DDR speed. The options are Auto and Manual.
If the feature above is set to Manual, Maximum Memory Frequency and SA GV High
Gear are available for configuration:
Maximum Memory Frequency
Use this feature to set the maximum memory frequency for onboard memory modules. The
options are Auto, 1067, 1200, 1333, 1400, 1600, 1800, 1867, 2000, 2133, 2200, 2400,
2600, 2667, 2800, 2933, 3000, and 3200.
ECC Support
Use this feature to enable or disable DDR ECC support. The options are Disabled and
Enabled.
Max TOLUD
This feature sets the maximum TOLUD value, which specifies the "Top of Low Usable
DRAM" memory space to be used by internal graphics devices, GTT Stolen Memory, and
TSEG, respectively, if these devices are enabled. The options are Dynamic, 1 GB, 1.25
GB, 1.5 GB, 1.75 GB, 2 GB, 2.25 GB, 2.5 GB. 2.75 GB, 3 GB, 3.25 GB, and 3.5 GB.
SA GV High Gear
Use this feature to select the gear for SA GV. The options are Gear1 and Gear2.
Restrain on Fast Fall
Use this feature restarts the MRC in cold mode if the software memory test fails during fast
flow. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Enable RH Prevention
Use this feature to actively prevent Row Hammer. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Power Down Mode
Use this feature to select the power down mode. The options are Auto, No Power Down,
APD, and PPD-DLLoff.
Pwr Down Idle Timer
Use this feature to set the power down idle timer. The default value is 0.
Memory Scrambler
Use this feature to enable or disable memory scrambler support. The options are Disabled
and Enabled.
Force ColdReset
Use this feature to enable or disable a cold boot during a MRC execution. The options are
Enabled and Disabled.
