User Check
- Check that document is loaded correctly in the document tray.
- Adjust the document guide to match the document size.
- Check that the document shorter than the specified size is not loaded.
- Check that thickness of the document is 64 to 90 g/m

Cause
Remove foreign materials.
Set the document pressure bar into place.
Set the upper ADF chute into place.
Reconnect the first side document scanning
position sensor harness.
Reconnect the second side document scanning
position sensor harness.
Set the first side document scan position
actuator into place.
Set the second side document scan position
actuator into place.
Replace the upper ADF chute.
Replace the first side document scanning
position sensor PCB ASSY.
Replace the second side document scanning
position sensor PCB ASSY.
Replace the ADF unit.
Replace the document scanner unit.
Replace the sensor relay PCB.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
