Possible causes/consequences and
* Cruise control has been deactivated.
If there is an additional warning tone, cruise control has been deactivated automatically (
* The limiter can temporarily not be engaged. Once the cause of the problem is no longer present, the system will be
available again.
* If you depress the accelerator pedal beyond the pressure point (kickdown), the limiter will switch to passive mode
( page 223).

* The limiter is malfunctioning.
Consult a qualified specialist workshop.

* Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC cannot be activated as not all activation conditions are fulfilled.
