Infiniium 9000 Series Oscilloscopes Service Guide
Warm up the oscilloscope for at least 30 minutes.
Perform self tests.
The routine will ask you to do the following things in sequence:
Pull down the Utilities menu and select Self Test.

Select Scope Self Test from the Self Test list.

Click Start Test to start the self test procedure.

If any of the self tests fail, ensure that the failure is diagnosed and repaired
before calibrating and testing performance.
Perform calibration. See "To run the self calibration"
