LED Indicator Problem
Yellow, Leak sensor alert.*

Green, Equipment stalled

Cause
Leak detected in the equipment.
The leak sensor disconnected.
A valve downstream in the fluid
line is closed or clogged.
Special-case cause.
System not powered.
Control failure.
LED Indicator
Solution
Check the diaphragm for rupture or
incorrect installation. Repair or
replace. Ensure that the diaphragm
is torqued to specification.
Ensure the leak sensor is properly
installed. See your related leak
sensor manual. See Related
Manuals, page 2.
Open the valve.
Follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure, page 22, and clear the
valve.
Be aware that the equipment is
energized. Special-case action.

Contact Technical Support.
Check power connection.
Check the branch circuit for proper
voltage.
Replace the control board. See
