Troubleshooting
Corrective Action
Check that the pressure can be
adjusted throughout the operating
pressure range with the
potentiometer on the circuit
board. Refer to Section 3 for
instructions on setting the
prescription pressure. If the
pressure range is not fully
adjustable, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check the blower by
plugging it to a known
functioning circuit board. If the
blower functions properly, replace
the circuit board. Refer to Section
6 for instructions on circuit board
replacement.
Step 2: Check the circuit board by
plugging a known functioning
blower to it. If the new blower
functions properly, replace the
blower. Refer to Section 6 for
instructions on blower
replacement.
Verify that the line voltage is not
below 93 VAC when using a
115 V line voltage source or 186
VAC when using a 230 V voltage
source. If operating from a
battery, verify that the battery
voltage is not below 11.5 VDC.
Check that the pressure can be
adjusted throughout the operating
pressure range with the
potentiometer on the circuit
board. Refer to Section 3 for
instructions on setting the
prescription pressure. If the
pressure range is not fully
adjustable, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check the blower by
plugging it to a known
functioning circuit board. If the
blower functions properly, replace
the circuit board. Refer to Section
6 for instructions on circuit board
replacement.
