The robotic vacuum cleaner does
not start cleaning.

1. The robotic vacuum cleaner has a weak battery. Charge
the battery to full capacity before starting cleaning.
2. The battery is too hot. Use the robotic vacuum cleaner in
temperatures of 0°C ~ 40°C.
1. The charging station is not connected to the network.
Make sure the power cord is properly connected.
2. The charging electrodes have bad contact with the robotic
vacuum cleaner. Clean the electrodes on the robotic vacuum
cleaner and on the charging base.
Make sure there is enough space around the charging station
and the detection zone of the charging station is clean.
Make sure your Wi-Fi network is properly set up and fully
functional. The robotic vacuum cleaner should always be
within range of a high-quality and strong Wi-Fi signal from
your Wi-Fi router.
Clean the main center brush, side brushes, travel wheels, the
underside of the robot vacuum and the front bumper.
Remove the front wheel and clean the center axis of hair and
dust. If necessary, you can lubricate the axis of the wheel.
Empty the dust/water tank. Clean or replace the HEPA filter
and clean the center cleaning brush.
1. If the robotic vacuum cleaner's battery is low, cleaning will
not start. Please charge the battery to full capacity.
2. The scheduled cleaning will not be properly synchronized
between the robot vacuum cleaner and your mobile phone if
the robot vacuum cleaner is disconnected from the Wi-Fi
network. Therefore, keep the robotic vacuum cleaner always
within reach of a high-quality and strong Wi-Fi signal from
your Wi-Fi router.
Cause
The vacuum cleaner is not properly
parked in the charging base.
The charging base is not
connected to the mains and the
vacuum cleaner is switched on
with the main switch.
The vacuum cleaner got stuck in a
small space, wound loose objects
such as curtains, carpet, etc. on
the cleaning brushes.
If the battery is low, the vacuum
cleaner will automatically switch
to return mode and return to the
charging base.
Solution
Make sure the charging contacts
are properly connected when
parked in the charging base.
The charging base should still be
connected to the mains, do not
switch it off. The vacuum cleaner
is then always ready for further
cleaning with a fully charged
battery.
The vacuum cleaner
automatically tries to free itself,
if it is unable to do so, please
clear the obstacle yourself.
Normal state, let the vacuum
cleaner charge to full battery
capacity and start cleaning
again.
