Saving and restoring settings
Save data from the telephone to the PC and restore it back to the telephone if necessary.
In display menu

Backups can only be created in the Web user interface.

Saving and restoring device settings:
Save: Click Download
is saved as a ZIP file
Default file name: settings.zip
Restore: Drag the saved ZIP file from the file system to the area next to Restore settings

Backing up itemised listings on the PC:
From the System CDR list, select the device from which the itemised listings are to be down-
loaded or All for all devices

The ZIP archive contains a CSV file that can be used for further evaluations.
Backing up voice messages on the PC:
