Setting up Call divert rules
(Only for Admin user role)
You can set up Call divert rules for multiple devices, connections and call groups. If a Call divert
rule is enabled, an incoming call will be handled immediately according to the rule and not
forwarded to the relevant terminals.
In Web user interface
Settings

Add rule . . . The wizard for setting up Call divert rules is started

For Scheduled mode:
Add days
Select day
period and set a precise start and end time if required

Drag devices, groups and connections (numbers) to which this rule is to apply from the
Available devices and numbers list up to the Active Devices and Numbers list

Select enable mode
Call divert is switched on and off automatically at set times
Call divert is switched on and off manually when required.
Setting up a schedule
Set time period with timeline
The caller hears an announcement and is then diverted to a number.
Select the required announcement from the list.
Select the name/internal number of a telephone, call group or
answer machine or enter External Number
The caller hears an announcement and then the connection is ended.
Select the required announcement from the list.
The call is diverted to another internal or external number.
Select the name/internal number of a telephone, call group or
answer machine or enter External Number
Call divert rules . . . The existing rules are
Click on the selected time
Add more days if required
Finish
