Black lists

In Web user interface
Settings
import, click
Automatic import:
Import manually:
All contacts from the handset are imported. Sending individual contacts is currently
not possible.
Black lists
Block numbers for incoming or outgoing calls.
Incoming calls
Blocked numbers are no longer put through to extensions. The caller hears an announce-
ment that the connection is unavailable.
Outgoing calls
Blocked numbers cannot be called. The caller hears short advisory tones.

In Web user interface
Home
Contacts
with comments
Select the required black list:
Click Incoming calls or Outgoing calls
Filtering lists:
Enter filter criteria in the Filter by number or comment text field
By number:
By comment:
Click
. . . Only the matching entries are displayed
Change entry comment:
Next to the entry, click
Delete number from black list
Next to the entry, click

Enable/disable the function with the switch (
Click Import
Blacklist . . . The blocked numbers are sorted numerically in a list
Enter the first digits of the number
Enter the letters that appear in the comment
Change comment
Confirm with Ok
Next to the device whose contacts you wish to
