Check the position of the motor in the "Couple motor" display.

The positioning bars must be in the lowest position.
If the positioning bars are not in the lowest position: Click on the [Lower]

button and hold it down. This causes the motor and the associated
components to be lowered to the starting position.
Click on the [Raise] button and hold it down.
