If a problem or concern occurs, please check the following prior to consulting your dealer.

measures such as removing the noise
source further away.
Re-connect the D-Sub 25 Cable.
Replace the cable if there is a wire
break.
Correctly wire the D-Sub 25 cable
wiring.
Re-connect the power connector.
Replace the cable if there is a wire
break.
Correctly wire the power connector
wiring.
Supply 24 VDC±10%.
Replace the scanner.
Remove the noise source or adopt
measures such as removing the noise
source further away.
Re-load the EDS file.
Set the IP address.
Set a unique IP address.
