Curried turkey breast toast

Ingredients:
♦ 4 slices of toasting bread
♦ 25 g butter
♦ Sliced turkey breast
♦ Plums
♦ Cocktail curry sauce
♦ Curry powder
1) Mix until the butter with the curry sauce and curry powder .
2) Wash and dry the plums and remove the stones . Cut the plums in half and
slice the halves into thin slices .
3) Spread the curry butter onto a slice of bread .
4) Now spread the sliced turkey breast and plum slices onto the buttered
bread .
5) Top your sandwich with another toast slice .
