The Compare and Merge with
Actual Network Configuration

Precautions for Correct Use
As a comparison result of step 9, if "Comparison Failed" is displayed in the Lower
Configuration Column, the ESI file for I/O Modules may not have been properly installed.
In that case, check and go through those steps in 7.3.1. Starting Sysmac Studio and
Installing the ESI Files again to install the ESI file for I/O Modules.
If "Comparison Failed" is
displayed in the Lower
Configuration Column,
Node1 gets an
exclamation mark
(warning) in the
EtherCAT network
configuration.
