Click Analog Fax Setup.

Click Holding Faxes.

Enter a password in the Print Faxes Password box.

In the Held Fax Mode box, click one of the following:
•
Off
•
Always On
•
Manual
•
Scheduled

If you selected Scheduled, continue with the following steps. Otherwise, go to step 10.

Click Fax Holding Schedule.

In the action box, click Hold faxes.

In the time box, click the time you want the held faxes released.

In the Day(s) box, click the day you want the held faxes released.

Click Add.

Forwarding a fax

This option lets you print and forward received faxes to a fax number, e-mail address, FTP site, or LDSS.

Open a Web browser.

In the address bar, type the IP address of the printer, and then press Enter.

Click Configuration.

Click Fax Settings.

Click Analog Fax Setup.

Click inside the Fax Forwarding box, and then select one of the following:
•
Print
•
Print and Forward
•
Forward

Click inside the Forward to box, and then select one of the following:
•
Fax
•
E-mail
•
FTP
•
LDSS

Click inside the Forward to Shortcut box, and then enter the shortcut number where you want the fax forwarded.
Note: The shortcut number must be a valid shortcut number for the setting that was selected in the "Forward
to" box.

Click Submit.
