Editing or Deleting Contacts in the Address Book at the Control Panel
1. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button.
2. Touch A A d d d d r r e e s s s s B B o o o o k k .
3. From the Address Book, touch a contact name, then touch E E d d i i t t .
4. To change contact information, touch the information that you want to update, edit as needed, then touch O O K K .
5. To save your contact changes, touch O O K K .
6. To delete a contact, touch D D e e l l e e t t e e C C o o n n t t a a c c t t , then touch D D e e l l e e t t e e .
7. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.

Adding Groups in the Address Book at the Control Panel
1. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button, then touch A A d d d d r r e e s s s s B B o o o o k k .
2. Touch the P P l l u u s s icon (+ + ), then select A A d d d d G G r r o o u u p p .
3. Select the group type.
4. To enter a group name, touch E E n n t t e e r r G G r r o o u u p p N N a a m m e e , then enter a name using the touch screen keypad. Touch
E E n n t t e e r r .
5. To add group members, touch A A d d d d M M e e m m b b e e r r .
6. To add a contact name, from the Favorites or Contacts menu, select a contact.
7. To add more group members, touch A A d d d d M M e e m m b b e e r r , then select a contact.
8. To mark the group as a favorite, touch the S S t t a a r r icon.
9. To save the group, touch O O K K .
10. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.

7. To remove group members, for each contact, touch the T T r r a a s s h h icon. At the prompt, touch D D e e l l e e t t e e .
8. To save the changes, touch O O K K .
9. To delete the group, touch D D e e l l e e t t e e G G r r o o u u p p , then touch D D e e l l e e t t e e .
10. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.
