Section 2
Max Energy Flow
The [Max Energy Flow] menu cell stores the maximum range for the energy rate output (Ve). It can have
a negative sign. Enter the data using the flow rate units you selected.
To enter the Maximum Energy Flow Range setting:
To activate numeric entry press
Use the numeric keys to type the maximum flow rate (100% of range).
To store the data press
Min Energy Flow
The [Min Energy Flow] menu cell stores the minimum range for the energy rate output (Ve). It also can
have a negative sign. Enter the data using the flow rate units you selected.
To set the Minimum Energy Flow Range:
To activate numeric entry press
Use the numeric keys to type the minimum energy rate (0% of range).
To store data press
The following Span Data items are set in the same way as the two previously shown examples by
entering numeric values and storing the data.
Max Flow
The [Max Flow] menu cell stores the maximum range for the flow rate output (Vfo). It can bea positive or
negative value. Enter the data using the flow rate units you selected. This entry also spans the unsigned
flow variable (Vfab).
Min Flow
The [Min Flow] menu cell stores the minimum range for the flow rate output (Vo). It can be a positive or
negative value (to reflect bi-directional flow). However, the minimum span for the unsigned flow (Vfab)
is always zero. Enter the data using the flow rate units you selected.
Min Ts, Tr
The [Min Temperature] menu cells store the minimum range for the Supply and Return temperature
outputs (Ts and Tr). They can be positive or negative values. However, minimum span for the tempera-
ture difference (Td) is always zero. Enter the data using the temperature units that were defined by the
English/Metric menu cell in the Meter Facilities Menu.
NOTE: The sign of Temperature Delta (Td) is affected by the Service you select in the FUE1010EN's
Application Data/Service Cell. For Heating Tr is subtracted from Ts while for Cooling Ts is
subtracted from Tr. The Heat Pump case is handled like Cooling, except that negative
Td's reduce the energy total.
