9810 series - User manual
Your meter can measure and record:
• Individual harmonics, including magnitude and phase angle
• Interharmonics
• Total even harmonic distortion (TEHD)
• Total odd harmonic distortion (TOHD)
• Total harmonic distortion (THD)
• Total demand distortion (TDD)
• K-factor
• Crest factor

Min/max recording

Your meter records new minimum and maximum data every recording interval for a variety of
values.
• Voltage and current
• kW, kVAR and kVA
• Power factor
• Frequency
• Voltage unbalance

Power quality measurements

Your meter monitors the voltage channels to detect and record power quality events.

Disturbance event recording

The meter measures and records:
• Sag/swells: ITIC/CBEMA and SEMI curves
• Transients: 20 µs or longer on any voltage channel

Power quality standards logging

The meter logs power quality standards data according to:
• EN 50160, including Flicker
• IEC 61000-4-30 Class A
• IEEE 519

Advanced power quality features

The meter supports advanced power quality features:
• Disturbance Direction Detection: The meter can capture sag/swell and transient
disturbances, analyze the information, and determine the direction of the disturbance relative
to the meter. Determining the source of a disturbance more quickly and accurately helps
prevent repeat occurrences and also helps to minimize facility downtime.
