14.4 CONTROLLO DELLE FUNI D'ACCIAIO – STEEL CABLES CONTROL
I cavi d'acciaio del diametro 6mm so composti
in carbonio con rivestimento in zincatura in
classe B e un nucleo di polimeri con carico
minimo di rottura di 3294 kg. Permettono la
salita e la discesa del palo telescopico.
Occorre verificare periodicamente la loro
condizione e il
all'interno delle
periodicamente l'usura e la corretta posizione
delle pulegge. In caso di sostituzione dei cavi e
delle pulegge verificare che il montaggio
avvenga in modo corretto. Se i cavi d'acciaio
dovessero presentare segni d'usura, non
utilizzare la torre faro e contattare direttamente

l'utilizzo della torre faro ed i possibili rimedi.
15.1 PRINCIPALI INCONVENIENTI – MAIN TROUBLES
ANOMALIA

L'argano non tiene il carico.
CAUSA
Corda avvolta sbagliata, senso di rotazione
della manovella errata.
RIMEDIO
Avvolgere correttamente il cavo.
CAUSA
Freno usurato.
RIMEDIO
Controllare il freno e sostituire le parti usurate.
CAUSA
Frizione del freno unta di grasso e olio.
RIMEDIO
Pulire oppure sostituire la frizione.

Lay cable in place correctly.
CAUSE
Brake torn or faulty.
REMEDY
Check brake parts and renew torn parts.
CAUSE
Brake disk damp or oily.
REMEDY
Clean or replace the brake-disks.
